AquaForte Alg-Stop

With Alg-Stop, we introduce a substance to the water that is greedily absorbed by algae via a carrier medium. At the same time, it blocks the intake of other essential nutrients. We are therefore not removing nutrients from the water here, but ensuring they are no longer available to the algae. Alg-Stop settles inside the algae and destroys their calcium structure. Any potentially measurable phosphate value becomes irrelevant due to the addition of Alg-Stop and can be ignored. Alg-Stop contains no ammonium compounds or metal salts. Alg-Stop dissolves quickly in water so that string algae can absorb the agent rapidly. After just a short time, the algae's calcium structure dissolves, allowing them to detach and be filtered out. Use and dosage powder Initial dosage: In the first month, use 100 grams per 3,000 liters of pond water every 10 days. Afterwards, for maintenance, dose at least 100 grams per 3,000 liters of pond water once a month. Distribute Alg-Stop evenly over the pond surface. Please remove dead algae manually and clean the filter regularly. Use and dosage liquid Shake well before use. For the first 3 weeks, use 100 ml per 3,000 liters of pond water each week. Afterwards, for maintenance, dose at least 100 ml per 3,000 liters of pond water once a month. Distribute Alg-Stop evenly over the pond surface. Please remove dead algae manually and clean the filter regularly. Please note when using: Do not use in combination with other string algae products; do not use any agents in the filter or water circuit that extract substances from the water, such as activated carbon, zeolite, nitrate resin, ozone, etc. For optimal results, you should also check your water values before use: GH (optimal 12, but at least 6) and KH value (optimal 8, but at least 4!). Please also re-dose accordingly after heavy rainfall or when topping up water. Please double the dosage in areas with heavy algae growth or in shallow water zones. Alg-Stop is also ideally suited for swimming ponds. To keep the pond algae-free, you must apply Alg-Stop with a sufficient dosage at least once per month.
