Inazuma Drum Filter Quantum 200

The Inazuma drum filter Quantum 200 from the Quantum series cleans your pond thoroughly, reliably, and fully automatically. It is suitable for operation in garden ponds up to 200 m³. For koi ponds up to 120 m³.

Everything included – the Quantum 200 combines mechanical water purification with biological water clarification. During the water cleaning process by the drum, particles larger than 50 µ are filtered out. With an optionally available UV-C lamp, algae can also be effectively combated.

The low maintenance costs of an Inazuma filter are extremely pleasing. For the rinsing process, it only requires purified pond water and no consumables such as fleece. Instead, impurities are reliably removed from the system by the robust drum covering with 50μ V2A stainless steel mesh fabric.

Some plastic filters available on the market no longer run smoothly after a few years; the seasons with varying temperatures leave their mark. What was once thought to be a cheap purchase turns out to be a total financial loss.

Clever V8 (Microprocessor Control)
Based on our 15 years of experience in filter construction, the optimal parameters for flushing times, flushing duration, and other key figures are permanently stored in the control unit. Configuration (except for the installation type of the filter, which is set with a simple DIP switch on the board) or adjustment is not necessary; flushing is carried out automatically.

The filter is equipped with automatic gutter flushing SpeedFlush and pre-chamber flushing PreFlush.

The guaranteed spare parts supply directly from the manufacturer ensures many years of enjoyment with a solid, low-maintenance filter made in Germany.

The Quantum series incorporates the proven drivetrain from previous series. The drive motor, shaft, and filter drum have fixed mounting points; adjustment of the drum distance to the seal is not necessary. There is also no drum clamping. This is extremely practical, as this innovation makes the filter system almost maintenance-free.

Technical refinements such as a special, maintenance-free and durable bearing for the drum guide rollers once again ensure improved concentricity and a significant reduction in operating noise during drum cleaning. The filter housings are made of V2A stainless steel. A newly developed motor mount and additional, massive stainless steel struts inside and outside the filter ensure the necessary rigidity.
