AquaForte Prime Drum Filter PP40-P

Professional PP drum filter with advanced control. This drum filter is suitable for installation in gravity or pump-fed systems. In pumped mode, it offers ±30% less flow.

The installation height is 12 cm above the water level.

It is equipped with a powerful 5-bar stainless steel flushing pump and additional gutter flushing. The gutter flushing can be manually adjusted via a tap.

120 micron stainless steel mesh plates ensure good flow and supply the subsequent biofilter with the necessary carbon sources, which are often too low with very fine filtration (< 80 micron).

The control system is very easy to use. Flushing and dry-run levels are adjustable via sensors with measuring pins. The flushing duration is adjustable. Sockets for drum motor, rinse pump and circulation pump. Dry-run protection for the circulation pump is installed as standard. Manual flushing possible by push button.

For the drum filter, we recommend using the PP bio chambers if you want to expand the biology. They are very easy to assemble with flexible couplings.
